Countless number of people are expressing their opinions about the man Steve Jobs. This is my
take.
I have not followed the man that much but from the little I know of the man, I will remember him
for his ability to venture into the unknown. A man starts a company from his garage and it turns
into a multi-billion company in ten years. Instead of waiting for someone to employ him with his
knowledge and skills, he sets out to employ himself with the little money he had.
It is this example of courage and resourcefulness that I admire in this noble man. we should
approach life not depending so much on what people can give us but what we do for ourselves. To
honor his memory I suggest we live his example and make it in whatever venture we would love to
set up or accomplish.

IT IS PART OF LIFE
In the journey called life, we encounter people day in day out.
Some do come into our lives just for some seconds, others hours,
and for others,days.
Everyone comes to play a part in making life worth living and
meaningful. Although each person's role is important, some are
not very visible for you even to recognize it.
When people who have had significant influence on your life move
faraway, it is an experience. You are forever grateful for the
fact that they shared their lives with you.
You hope for great partners like them in your life with the memories
forever being with you. But hey, we are in the age of technology
where partners will always be no matter the distance.
Keep great friendships alive and do not quench the fire of such great
friendships.
Enjoy the great friendships of the journey called life.

DREAMS
We dream to give a sense of direction and meaning to our lives
Life with a dream gives direction and focus
Dreams gives life a sense of achievement and accomplishment
The indication that something is worthwhile or worth the effort
We set goals for ourselves and with much drive and enthusiasm, we aspire to them
It becomes our sense of hope and joy
What happens if your dreams are shattered?
These are moments of great confusion, anxiety and disappointment
At a moment all we can inquire is What went wrong? Why me and at this particular point in time?
No answers come in handy but deep down in the depths of our hearts,
we still dream that all will be well
Most of these moments come when there are is the need for you to realize greater dreams
These dreams might not have ever crossed your mind
but they might be the perfect ones for you
Sometimes what we dream for our lives might not be the one that nature in its own wisdom has designed for us
But there is the need always to dream
In all circumstances that the journey called life presents,
give up not on your will to dream because great accomplishments were people's dreams
Give up not on hope and dreams.

Married to the Game
We all have our favorite games that we play. These games have their unique ways of capturing our attention to the extent that sometimes it becomes the primus of our existence. For the purpose of this, games have an extension of all the activities that we have a commitment to which gives us that joy and satisfaction not necessarily the money involve.
In a game, wining is paramount and we try very much to ensure wins. This involves training and a level of commitment. To be successful in your game demands going the extra mile above the usual and standing out. With the wins and losses, you need to get married to your game for better for worst.By married to the game I mean being steadfast to that which is the source of your satisfaction, peace and joy.
If you settle on your game, all you have to do is win. It should never be over until you win despite the challenges because that makes your game worth the field.
Get married to your game and make sure you win. That is the secret to a good life and healthy life. This journey? it is called life.

WISHES
I wish I had ................
It comes to a point in an individuals life when one wonders whether an earlier decision was really worth it considering current dispensations. Coming to a realization that circumstances might have been different if a commitment had not been made previously can sometimes influence you to wish otherwise.
Our ability as humans to make the right decisions sometimes against the odds and our ability to be steadfast to what we believe in to a lager extent has a key to our happiness and joy. The dream of tomorrow can be realize with today's decisions and making those decisions are not that easy.
We wish at a moment that we would not have done some stuffs. Yes! We do but hey! That is human. We sometimes make mistakes but our failure is not in the fact that we did make those mistakes but rather brooding over the guilt. When we do make mistakes we need to learn from them not to repeat them in the near future.
For the decisions that we can change, we need to make sure we change them to meet our current need. For those that are irrevocable, leave that to the journey called life because it has it own way of dealing with it.
Live the moment and try not always to undo that which cannot be undone. Live your life not forgetting the fact that you are one of those who sometime make mistakes.
We wish we did not do it but hey! we did it. Let us modify our current state to meet our current need. Enjoy the journey called life because it is sweet and worth our joy.

WHAT A WORLD
I am very much surprise to hear that some faithfuls in my beloved country Ghana, attended services last night to welcome Christ. Oh My God! A friend just called me telling me to be in the house and pray as I await the end of the world in the night.
What is happening to our ability to reason. As I said yesterday, this world is not coming to an end. We will live today and tomorrow as well. To those who have a problem with Life, Make it meaningful because it is a wonderful thing you cannot compromise with.
I got to leave and attend to some urgent stuffs which is going to help my future. Enjoy Because the World as We have it right now is not coming to an end.

DECEPTION
I would normally not make comments of religious postulations because of the differences in religious beliefs. When it is worth it, I think it is worth considering.
A "Man of God" in my beloved country has postulated that the world as I am in right now typing this and enjoying sweet tunes from my laptop is coming to an end tomorrow. What on earth is that?
It has become a practice of most so called men of God to deceive unsuspecting faithfuls into believing in stuffs which sometimes beat imagination. Faith is a very strong phenomenon and when people have convictions, it is very difficult to dissuade them from it.
My question is how do people practice faith without reason? The two need to go hand in hand because without it, we are no religious people. The world as I am enjoying it right from the perspective of reason is not ending today or tomorrow. We will live yet another day and enjoy all the good things that his journey called life brings.
IF MY MAN IS TIRED OF LIFE, HE CAN TELL GOD TO TAKE IT FOR HIM.
FELLOWS DO NOT BE AFRAID. ENJOY YOUR LIFE AND LOVE IT

OPPORTUNITY FOR GREATNESS
Many of us through out life look around for opportunities for greatness.
In order to fulfill our ambitions, we try to seek the best possible means to
success but most at times to no avail.I think for some people I know the reason for which they never get the opportunity to excel.
Instead of people discovering opportunities, they discover problems instead and their inability to accomplish something. Most of the things that we consider as problems and are not worth our attention most at times are the keys to our success. Fear inhibits us to much extent that we fail to look at the brighter side. We tend not to like unconventional means to greatness because we all want to play it safe.
Let get out of our comfort zones and become the best people we want to be. Fear not!
as you go after that thing that your mind is saying you will fail at. It is a great opportunity provided it will not be injurious to your very being. Check and learn form all the great people of old, they did not settle for the status quo. They recognized the opportunities in the problems they encountered and they made the best out of it.
Move away from your comfort zone because there is a haven waiting for you out there. DO NOT BE AFRAID. ENJOY.

HERE WE ARE
Indeed we are there. So what is next?
We set objectives and goals for ourselves and others
and on our way to the top, we make sacrifices and commitments
of all sorts and gravity. Some we lose, others we gain.
How do we get our lives back when we reach the top? Do I have the
answer to that? Please I don't. But this I believe strongly:
Getting your life back depends on your means to the top.
How many people did you help on your way to the top?
How many did you hurt on your way?
How many helped you?
Did you stay true to yourself?
What were your intentions on your way to the top?
These are but a few to some of the pertinent questions you need
to ask yourself on your way to the pinnacle you have set for yourself.
You got to be ambitious my dear. The sun is got to be your limit and don't
flinch when you are trying to reach it.
My simple advice is do not loose your very self when you going for the ultimate.
Losing yourself invariably means the ultimate is not worth it.
You may lose some part of your self depending on the nature of the goal
but do not lose your very self.
I got to go before I lose myself in my work. Enjoy your life and live your Life

YOUNG MONEY THIEVES
It is amazing how the journey called life sometimes reveals interesting events that sometimes beats imagination. People at a point in their lives fall in love. Some make it a sensible experience but for others, hmmmmn.
People are falling in love with people who are just passing through their lives with no intentions of staying in order to be a part of their castles in the skies. Love is considered to be a blinding phenomenon but I think knowing that something is the case and not paying much attention to is not the same as not knowing the thing at all. Why do people fail to read the signs of the time. Why do you play with fire when you know its exact consequences.
When you fall in love please bear in mind that sometimes some of the people you fall in love with are young money thieves. They will steal your love and leave. Enjoy love when it lasts but hey! Love is worth the attention it receives.
Love with as much as you can but remember it is not all about emotions. It is knowing the truth and accepting it as part of your reality.
Show love to all your love ones. Remember the less fortunate in society. They are also worth some love. The less fortunate includes the poor and marginalized ( materially, emotionally and everything you can think off).
ALWAYS REMEMBER: YOUNG MONEY THIEVES STEAL YOUR LOVE AND LEAVE.

Friends in Low Places.
Going through the acts of Terry Fator,one of the songs that caught my attention is the song "Friends in Low Places" Written by: Dewayne Blackwell, Bud Lee
I consider this song as a replica of some of the events in the journey called life when people cannot just wear the expectation gowns others have designed for them.
Accept people as they really are because life is really fun with that.
If you cannot fit into an individual's expectations, just be yourself and maybe the last line of the song can be the right expression. Don not remain in that box, get out and express yourself. The supreme Being will even not be happy if you loose track of your unique self.

The World As I See It
The world as I see it is a wonderful place to live in. Life with its sharp curves and high ways presents us with enormous possibilities. Some of the experiences that usher in these possibilities are sometimes very pleasant or otherwise.
When sometimes we need somthing the most, it becomes very difficult to get them. The doors are open to us when we in actually have no need of them. The moments we actually need them the gate keepers decide not to be at post.
I think the best we can do is to take advantage whenever we have the oportunity. We leave not to fight another day. If the battle is for us, its better we deal with it inorder to have our peace of mind.
Tomorow may never come. The tomorow we talked about yesterday is today my dear.
Make hey while the sun shines.

The Right Package
It is interesting how some events unfold in this world in the journey called life. This post is directly in relation to entering into marriage. According to the popular 80:20 rule, One cannot get 100% of what he / she needs in a partner.
The outmost percentage will be 80 and the rest you deal with it in your own special way. This is beacuse you can never get it. I think I have talked about this in a previous post.
What happens when one get the 80% and it is very difficulty to forfiet the 20%. Imagine a lady falling in love with someone shorter than her. She admires and accept the loving man she has fallen in love with beacuse he makes her live in heaven on earth but she cannot just bear the fact that he is short (Vertically challenged).
A man loves a woman with all he's got. But his dream of having a 'coca cola' shaped lady has been dashed. Intrinsically she is 'good' but not on the outside.
What u can do in such circumstances? Make sure what has become your headache is not part of the 80% you need. If you cannot bear it please reconsider it because you are going to spend close to about six (6) decades with such a person. Reflect and decide.
